Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds apply on CashRevu.
- Product orders: If an item you purchased is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds are credited back to your CashRevu wallet.
- Wallet deposits: Funds you deposit into your wallet are intended for use on the platform. Unused deposited balance may be eligible for withdrawal per our withdrawal process rather than a direct refund.
- Reward balance: Balance earned from review tasks is a reward and is non-refundable, though it remains spendable or withdrawable per our Terms.
To request a refund, contact support@cashrevu.com with your order number and details. Refunds are processed after review, typically within 5–10 business days.
